IFIOC has worked with the Washington State Department of Corrections before. As you can see from their video (below) the impact of the training on their team was transformative. Having an impact on the team members, but also the offenders.

The impact of training Motivational Interviewing with IFIOC resulted in:

• Decrease in use of force
• Decrease in staff or offender injury
• Decrease in property damage
