Fidelity in Action
The deeper I go into brain science, predictive processing, and Motivational Interviewing, the more I realize I’m not inventing anything new. I’m absorbing ideas from brilliant thinkers and trying to synthesize them into something usable for everyday humans. That awareness sometimes fuels imposter syndrome. If these concepts already exist, what exactly am I contributing?
The answer keeps showing itself in practice. People don’t respond to novelty alone. They respond to integration. I know I am a decent synthesizer who can translate complex systems into language that parents, therapists, and leaders can actually apply. Helping Heal grew out of that realization. If understanding how the brain works can reduce suffering even a little, then sharing it feels less like authorship and more like stewardship.
