Transcript: What is your sense about why agreeing with someone approving or praising them when you look at all the qualities, why would you think that might be seen as a potential roadblock??

These are both perfect responses. What were some other ways you thought about that?
To come into something that was, I mean, it just like blew my mind yesterday. I want to say, because it was just some different, some might have learned before my gosh, I wouldn’t know this when I first started. Right. Like how I feel like I could have progressed, had more customers progressed and not got stuck.
When you leave this training, you actually feel like, you know what you’re going to do, actually feel confident in the skills you have already put it into practice. After an appointment I had yesterday, and it was super helpful in encouraging conversation without just drilling people with.
Is deep it’s powerful. Um, it’s interesting. It’s kind of, it’s fresh. The whole breakdown of in the science I just think is unheard of, is really instrumental to, you know, human beings. We never to connect with you.
This has been one of the most valuable trainings that I’ve been to in my professional career, I’m leaving with a lot of very pragmatic tools and skills that I could go in and use tomorrow. He understands adult learners. Um, the way that he sets up the training is very engaging and he’s constantly assessing where we’re at and what we need more of.
