So we have our introduction class, which is great for me to really get that knowledge base down, to understand motivational Interviewingand to move way beyond the acronyms.
We have an advanced motivational interviewing to be able to get that skill set started to develop. And now we’re going to do in ourskill building class is how do I take. Look through a fidelity lens, look at some of the coding tools that actually measure, how can I get better and better at motivational interviewing and practice those skills really dial in and develop that sense of competency or proficiency.
