Self Care Sessions with Casey Jackson – Cohort B

Bi-monthly support for six. Those ready to get to the truth about life choices, shift away from negative patterns, and focus on solutions.

This is a bi-monthly event, with recurring meeting times as follows:

You will learn how to:

  • Recognize stages of change as it applies to yourself and others
  • Identify self-defeating behaviors and new ways to approach old issues
  • Deepen your empathy skills by listening to the process of others
  • Create a new mental structure for how align your behaviors and choices with your values and goals

With all the chaos in the world, it is too easy to get distracted, stressed, and depressed.  We can find ourselves picking up mindless activities just to pass the time, and at the same time, feel like life is passing by. These support sessions are your place to feel heard, understood, and connected.  Meeting twice a month as a group, with an international expert on change, you will find amazing new insights that will connect your mental, emotional, and spiritual health.  This is designed for those who are ready to get to the truth about life choices, shift away from negative patterns of your past, and focus on solutions that will provide a structure for improving the quality of your life.  This is an opportunity to have a small, supportive group of others who are wanting to get unstuck and excel.  The four sessions will occur by Zoom twice a month, 90-minutes each, for two months.  That allows for a shorter commitment if it does not meet your needs.  Knowing it will be the support and guidance you have been looking for, you can then sign up for more sessions and continue to tailor this experience to your availability and your needs.
