He has provided over 2000 trainings on Motivational Interviewing and system change to organizations
John Gilbert
IFIOC Trainer & Consultant
John has been working in the world of Motivational Interviewing for over a decade and is a member of the Motivational Interviewing Network of Trainers (MINT). He is a co-author of the Motivational Interviewing Competency Assessment (MICA) and has himself coded over 3000 sessions and provided coaching/feedback using this fidelity tool. John has presented at a variety of healthcare conferences and provided hundreds of trainings on Motivational InterviewingÂ
